Voices
As a youth counselor at a juvenile detention center and working in group homes Tony Roberts realized that young people feel as if they do not have a voice. They do not feel as if their opinions, thoughts, and feelings do matter. Mr. Roberts experiences have led him to write “Voices” a stage play, where students can identify with everyday challenges. This stage play symbolizes the cries for help by youth that are often times ignored.
